  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grab an 8×8 inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract together until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir gently to combine.
  6. Transfer the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.
  7. Pop the dish into your preheated oven and let it bake for 20–25 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
