Ingredients

  • Chicken (Boneless, Skinless Breast or Thighs): About 1 pound
  • Black Peppercorns: 2 tablespoons, freshly ground
  • Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced
  • Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon (for coating)
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying
  • Scallions: For garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the Chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add Cornstarch to the marinated chicken and toss to coat.
