  • 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups of peeled, diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Add softened cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing after each addition.
  6. Mix in diced apples and cinnamon gently.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set.
  9. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  10. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
