Cheeseburger Bombs

Delightful cheeseburger bombs filled with a savory beef and cheese mixture, perfect for gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper, then stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Assemble the bombs by flattening each biscuit, adding the beef mixture, and sealing them tightly.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

These can be made in advance and refrigerated before baking. You can also freeze them for later use.
