Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Delicious wraps filled with cheesy garlic chicken, fresh veggies, and baked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Heat through for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Make the cheese meld by sprinkling it on top and covering the skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Build your wraps by placing the cheesy chicken mixture on the lettuce leaves or wraps.
  6. Wrap them up and secure with toothpicks if using lettuce.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes

For a spicier version, add hot sauce to the chicken mixture. These wraps are great for meal prep and can be frozen before baking.
