  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, add the olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until combined.
  2. Coat the Chicken: Add chicken tenders to the marinade, covering each piece. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the Oven or Grill: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for baking or grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Tenders: For the oven, place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. For grilling, cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Rest the Chicken: Let the cooked tenders rest for 5 minutes to lock in moisture.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Slice if desired, serve warm, and sprinkle with parsley.
