No Bake Easy Lemon Fudge

A creamy, luscious lemon fudge that melts in your mouth, perfect for summer gatherings and quick sweet fixes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white baking chips
  • 8 oz white almond bark
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking pan by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white baking chips and almond bark in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk once melted.
  4. Add the lemon juice and half of the lemon zest, stirring well.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  7. Chill until set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and enjoy your lemon fudge!

Notes

For a dairy-free option, coconut milk can be used instead of sweetened condensed milk.
