  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Sauté the seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown; let rest before slicing.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Stir in the mozzarella until melted, then add the sliced chicken and cooked linguine, tossing to coat.
