  2. Combine wet ingredients: In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Stir in chia seeds: Fold in chia seeds until evenly distributed.
  4. Let it set: Transfer to individual servings or a large bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
