Bang Bang Chicken

A crispy and flavorful dish featuring chicken tenderloins coated in panko breadcrumbs and tossed in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce.

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken: Pat the chicken tenderloins dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up your breading station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the chicken by dipping it into flour, then eggs, and finally rolling it in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Make the bang bang sauce by combining mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Toss the crispy chicken with the bang bang sauce in a large bowl.

Notes
