Cheesy Taco Sticks

Delicious Cheesy Taco Sticks combining bold flavors and gooey cheese, perfect for parties or family dinners.

  • 1 package of flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked taco meat (beef or turkey)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the cooked taco meat, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface and spoon a generous amount of filling onto one end.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito, tucking in the ends as you go.
  5. Place the rolled taco sticks seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with cooking spray or olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melted.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa; garnish with fresh cilantro or sliced green onions.
