  1. Prepare your strawberries: Rinse under cool water and pat dry; leave the green tops on for easy dipping.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Break into small pieces and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until almost melted.
  3. Dip the strawberries: Hold by the green stem and swirl into the chocolate to coat; let excess drip off.
  4. Add your toppings: Sprinkle while chocolate is still wet or roll in toppings for better adherence.
  5. Let them set: Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or 10 minutes in the freezer.
