Cinnamon Apple Cheesecake

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the crust into a springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. Make the cheesecake batter by beating cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  6. Add in the vanilla and eggs one by one, mixing well.
  7. Stir in the chopped apples and cinnamon.
  8. Pour the filling into the crust.
  9. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, until edges are set.
  10. Cool and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
