Quick Cinnamon Roll Bites

Easy and delightful cinnamon roll bites perfect for breakfast or snacking, embodying the flavors of traditional cinnamon rolls.

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated crescent dough and unroll it on a clean surface.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over your crescent dough.
  5. Roll it up tightly from the widest end into a log and cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch thick).
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bites on it.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth to make the glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the bites while they’re still warm.
