Bang Bang Salmon

A vibrant and delicious dish featuring crispy salmon fillets coated in a slightly spicy, creamy sauce.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauce the salmon by spreading half of the bang bang sauce over the fillets.
  5. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily and is slightly crispy at the edges.
  6. Garnish with green onions and drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce before serving.
  7. Plate the salmon with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

You can substitute salmon with chicken or tofu for a vegetarian option. Make sure to adjust cooking times accordingly.
