Creamy Garlic Lime Cilantro Sauce

  • 1 bunch of Cilantro (stems and all)
  • 12 Limes (juiced)
  • 12 Jalapeños (stem removed)
  • 510 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Duke’s preferred)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing cilantro, juicing limes, and preparing jalapeños and garlic.
  2. Blend the cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, garlic, and mayonnaise in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust lime juice or salt as needed.
  4. Chill the sauce in an airtight container for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve by drizzling it over dishes or using it as a dip.

Notes

For a milder flavor, substitute cilantro with parsley and taste jalapeños before adding.
