Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • Yogurt (optional)

  • Caramel syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing them thoroughly and halving each one.
  3. Make the cinnamon sugar by combining brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered peach halves.
  6. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and grill for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Turn the peaches over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with yogurt or ice cream and a drizzle of caramel syrup.
