Homemade Peach Lemonade

A refreshing peach lemonade recipe that captures the essence of summer, combining sweet peaches and zesty lemons.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar (to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches: Start by peeling and pitting your peaches. Cut them into smaller chunks to help them blend easily.
  2. Blend the peaches: Toss the peach chunks into a blender along with a cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the puree: Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the peach puree into a large pitcher to remove any solids.
  4. Mix in the lemons and sugar: Pour in the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until dissolved and adjust sweetness as desired.
  5. Add the remaining water: Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Stir well and taste again.
  6. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve over ice and garnish with peach slices or mint.

Notes

For extra flair, serve in mason jars and garnish with fresh mint or peach slices.
