  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 pieces eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Set up your breading station with beaten eggs in one bowl and a mixture of Parmesan and breadcrumbs in another.
  3. Bread the chicken by dipping in the egg wash and then coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Make the garlic cream sauce by sautéing minced garlic in olive oil, then pouring in the heavy cream, stirring, and simmering until thickened.
  6. Add seasonings to the sauce, then stir in fresh parsley before serving.
