Maple Glazed Baked Salmon

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  3. Mix the maple glaze in a small bowl: whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper in the greased baking dish.
  5. Dress the salmon with the glaze, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a caramelized top (optional).
