American Flag Fruit Pizza

A dazzling dessert featuring a fruity topping on a creamy sugar cookie base, perfect for summer celebrations.

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (about 3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the tube of refrigerated sugar cookie dough and spread it evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, then bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  3. Cool the cookie base completely on the baking sheet.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie base.
  7. Arrange the fresh raspberries to create the stripes, and position the blueberries in the upper left corner.
  8. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  9. Slice and serve your American Flag Fruit Pizza on a beautiful platter.
