Easy Peach & Basil Naan Bread Pizza

A delightful and simple naan bread pizza topped with juicy peaches, fresh basil, and mozzarella, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Brush each naan bread lightly with olive oil and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the naan breads.
  4. Layer the sliced peaches, then mozzarella slices, and top with the chopped basil.
  5. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Prepare the balsamic drizzle by simmering balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until thickened.
  7. Serve the naan pizza warm with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
