Refreshing Homemade Peach Lemonade

A delightful Peach Lemonade that perfectly balances the sweetness of ripe peaches with the zing of freshly squeezed lemons, making it a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups Homemade Lemonade (or store-bought)
  • 45 Ripe Peaches
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint + More for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Lemonade: If you’re making homemade lemonade, start by squeezing about 6-8 lemons to get roughly 1 cup of juice. Combine the lemon juice with 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a pitcher. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Prepare the Peaches: Slice your ripe peaches. You can peel them or leave the skin on for added texture.
  3. Muddle the Mint: Take a few mint leaves and muddle them gently at the bottom of your pitcher.
  4. Combine Everything: Add the sliced peaches to your pitcher of fresh lemonade. Pour in 4 cups of cold water and give it a good stir.
  5. Chill: Let your Peach Lemonade chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  6. Serve: Pour the lemonade into glasses over ice, and garnish with mint leaves and extra peach slices.

Notes

You can use frozen or canned peaches if fresh ones aren’t available. Adjust sweetness and acidity to your liking.
