The Ultimate Oreo Dessert

  • 36 Oreo Cookies
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Chocolate Syrup (optional)
  • 4 tbsp Butter, melted (for crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush about 24 Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix the Oreo crumbs with 4 tablespoons of melted butter until combined.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Fold in another 12 crushed Oreos to the creamy filling.
  9. Pour the filling over your crust and spread evenly.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  11. Remove the sides of the springform pan and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

Pairs beautifully with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries. Can be made a day in advance for optimal flavor.
