Strawberry Crunch Banana Pudding

A delightful medley of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and crunchy strawberry cookie crumble.

  • 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of strawberry cookie crumble
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  2. Once the pudding has set, gently fold in the container of whipped topping.
  3. In a large glass serving dish or individual cups, start layering: begin with a layer of pudding, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
  4. Repeat the layering process until you’ve reached the top, finishing with a layer of pudding.
  5. Sprinkle the strawberry cookie crumble generously over the top layer.
  6. Place the finished pudding in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes (or ideally overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Consider using individual glass cups for serving. Drizzle homemade chocolate sauce or caramel on top before serving.
