  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the nectarines by washing them and cutting them in half; remove the pit.
  3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the nectarines.
  4. Drizzle honey all over the nectarines.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until soft and bubbly.
  6. Serve with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute honey with maple syrup or agave nectar, and use dairy-free ice cream.
