  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your chicken by shredding it and placing it in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the creamy sauce by combining cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in the bowl with chicken.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Prepare the biscuits by cutting each one into quarters.
  6. Sprinkle the biscuit pieces across the top of the chicken mixture.
  7. Add the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
