Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

A comforting casserole featuring a creamy chicken filling topped with fluffy biscuits and melted cheddar cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and some salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and fold until well combined.
  5. Assemble the chicken mixture into a greased 9’x13′ casserole dish and top with pieces of biscuit dough.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden-brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh herbs or a garden salad. You can customize the recipe with different cheeses or add veggies for a twist.
