Creamy Crack Chicken Pasta

Indulgent and creamy pasta dish with chicken, cheese, and ranch seasoning that’s better than takeout.

  • 8 oz Penne Pasta
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 6 oz Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water, add penne pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken breast, and cook until an internal temperature of 165°F. Shred the chicken.
  3. Sauté the Bacon: In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it, and set aside.
  4. Create the Sauce: In the skillet, reduce heat to low, add chicken broth, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir until melted.
  5. Combine Everything: Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce, stir to coat. Adjust consistency with additional broth if needed.
  6. Cheesy Goodness: Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Add the Bacon and Parsley: Fold in crumbled bacon and chopped parsley.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and additional cheese or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Pair with garlic bread.
