  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your setup: Gather all ingredients and clear space on your countertop.
  2. Whisk the egg mixture: In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until frothy.
  3. Crush the cereal: Place Fruity Pebbles in a bag and gently crush them, then pour into a flat dish.
  4. Dip and coat: Dip one slice of bread in the egg mixture for about 10 seconds, then transfer to the cereal.
  5. Press for crunch: Press the bread into the cereal so it’s evenly coated.
  6. Fry away: Melt butter or oil in a pan and fry the coated bread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
