Easy Lemon Cream Pie

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and set them out on the counter.
  2. Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium speed until it thickens. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine the Ingredients: Gently fold the lemon curd into the whipped cream using a spatula.
  4. Fill the Pie Crust: Pour the lemon cream mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Chill: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours to let it set.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle lemon zest on top before serving and enjoy!

Notes

This pie can be frozen; just cover it tightly to prevent freezer burn.
