Refreshing Mango Lemonade

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mangoes by peeling and chopping them into small chunks.
  2. Juice the lemons until you’ve collected one cup of juice.
  3. Blend the chopped mangoes, lemon juice, and one cup of water until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
  5. Combine the remaining two cups of water and sugar into the pitcher, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
