Bacon Wrapped Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Juicy chicken breasts wrapped in crispy bacon and infused with garlicky goodness, perfect for a comforting dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by seasoning both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix minced garlic and grated Parmesan together in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the garlic and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over each wrapped chicken.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is golden and chicken is cooked through.
  8. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
