Instructions

  1. Prepare the gravy: Heat your stovetop to medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet. If using, drizzle in olive oil. Cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.

  3. Whisk in the milk: Gradually pour in 1.5 cups of milk, stirring continuously. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.

  5. Prep the eggs: Whisk together the eggs and remaining 1/4 cup of milk in a separate bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  7. Assemble the pizza: Preheat oven and spray pre-baked pizza crust with cooking spray. Pour sausage gravy evenly across the top, followed by scrambled eggs.
