Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with muffin liners.
  3. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
  4. Mash the bananas in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Blend the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk into the mashed bananas.
  6. Combine the wet and dry mixtures using a spatula, folding gently.
  7. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
